How Blend AI was built
Drivetube worked with 147 hiring managers to learn how screening actually happens, and distilled 37 tailoring parameters that influence recruiter engagement. We built 5 tailoring algorithms, field-tested each across 1,000 companies (748 responses), and converged on one proprietary model: Blend AI.
