Our story — why each service exists
Drivetube didn't start with products — it started with a question: why do qualified people apply endlessly and hear nothing? We spent $5,000+ on primary research with 147 hiring managers across 50+ ATS platforms to find out. Every Drivetube service is the answer to something that research uncovered.
- The free job board exists Because broken discovery — not effort — is the real barrier. Mainstream boards are flooded with ghost jobs, ad-sponsored listings and staffing reposts, and "Easy Apply" often never delivers your details to the company. In our own test, 100 Easy-Apply applications got 0 interviews; 100 direct company-career-page applications got ~46. So we built a clean, verified board straight from 100,000+ real career pages and made it free.
- Our ATS-compliant templates exist Because most resumes are silently rejected before a human reads them. We designed 145 templates and had hiring managers test them across 50+ ATS; only 65 parsed cleanly everywhere and 23 of those produced real interview calls. Those 23 (≈98% ATS clean-parse) are what we ship.
- Resume Writing exists Because 96% of the resumes we saw shared the same fixable failures. We catalogued 115+ recurring mistake patterns with our hiring managers and built a framework that fixes each one — delivered by senior human writers across 11,400+ resumes in 36 countries.
- Blend AI and the Job Hunt Program exist Because off-the-shelf AI doesn't encode how recruiters actually screen. We distilled 37 tailoring parameters, field-tested 5 algorithms (1,000 companies each, 748 responses), and built our own model — Blend AI — that tailors every application.
