Refund Policy

How refunds work across subscriptions, community membership, and our resume services.

Definitions

  • Job Hunt Dashboard (One-Time Payment): A one-time payment that provides access to the Drivetube Job Hunt Dashboard, where users can request job matches and trigger automated resume and cover letter tailoring.
  • Community Subscription (Recurring): Any recurring billing plan that provides ongoing access to the Drivetube Community and its continuously delivered digital resources.
  • Tool Usage: Any action where the system generates or tailors a resume, cover letter, or related output for a requested job through the dashboard.
  • MoR (Merchant of Record): A payment partner or platform that processes and settles payments on our behalf and may enforce its own refund and dispute policies in addition to ours.

Community Subscription (Recurring Plans)

  • Access to the Drivetube Community is provided through a subscription-based model.
  • Because the Community includes continuously delivered digital resources such as daily updated job tables, community discussions, and learning resources, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted for the billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees will continue to apply for each billing cycle unless the user cancels the subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current or previous billing cycles.

Job Hunt Dashboard (One-Time Payment)

  • The Job Hunt Dashboard is a strictly one-time payment product. Payments for this product are generally non-refundable.
  • Once our team completes your Base Resume Setup and you configure your Manage Settings, the dashboard setup is considered Active.
  • If you request any job through the dashboard or request any outside job, and the system tailors your resume and/or cover letter, it is considered tool usage.
  • Important: Even a single usage or trigger of the tool (resume or cover letter tailoring for any job request) will make the payment strictly non-refundable.
  • To remain eligible for a refund request, you must:
    • Not use or trigger any tool or feature at all (zero usage), and
    • Inform our support team within 5 days of your payment.
  • If a refund request is raised within 5 days, our team will cross-verify your account activity and usage logs. If it is confirmed that there has been zero tool usage, an admin may approve and initiate a full refund at their discretion.
  • Once a refund is approved, your dashboard access will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 5 business working days through the original payment method, subject to bank or payment partner timelines.

Important: If you have any questions or doubts about the product, we strongly recommend clarifying them through a Quick Demo Session or Product Demo Session before the Base Resume Setup begins.

Resume Writing Service

  • Orders may be canceled and fully refunded only before active work begins.
  • Once work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the stage of completion.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service or deliverables, you will receive a full refund.

Digital Products, Templates & Downloads

  • All digital products (templates, files, guides, lists, etc.) delivered via instant download or account access are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or MoR, your access to Drivetube.ai services may be paused or terminated while the dispute is reviewed.
