Drivetube Job Board
The Drivetube Job Board is a free, verified job board with no account required — around 70,000 live openings from ~9,000 companies, crawled ATS by ATS from 100,000+ real company career pages across 35 ATS platforms in the US, Europe, Canada, UK, India and Australia. Its defining difference is the posted date: most boards display the date their own system first saw a job, while Drivetube stores only the true posting date from the source ATS and no database timestamp at all, so a crawl date cannot be shown. Jobs are deleted 3 days after their real posting date (sponsorship roles are kept up to 180 days), there are no ghost jobs, ad-sponsored listings or staffing reposts, and every listing links to the company's own application page.
Browse verified jobs — freeWhat the Drivetube Job Board is
A free, verified job board built by crawling real company career pages ATS by ATS — not by aggregating other job boards.
No account required. No paywall. No ads. Around 70,000 live openings from roughly 9,000 companies at any moment, drawn from a crawl universe of 100,000+ company career pages across 35 ATS platforms, in six markets.
Every listing links to the company's own application page.
The thing no other job board does: a real posted date
This is the single most important difference, and almost nobody knows it is a problem.
On most job boards, the "posted date" you see is not the posting date. It is the date that board's system first saw the job.
If an aggregator crawls a listing eleven days after the company published it, the job appears as "posted today". You apply believing you are early. In reality you are eleven days late, behind hundreds of applicants, and often behind a shortlist that has already been drawn up. The date was never wrong on purpose — it is just the wrong field.
Drivetube stores the true posting date from the source ATS, and nothing else.
That is not a claim about intent; it is how the system is built. The job collection does not store a database timestamp at all — there is no "created at" value on a Drivetube job record. The only date a job carries is posted_date, read from the company's own ATS listing. There is literally no crawl timestamp available to display, so none can leak into what you see.
Even expiry is measured from the real date. Jobs are removed 3 days after they were actually posted, not 3 days after Drivetube found them. A listing discovered late still ages out on its true age rather than getting a fresh 3-day life on Drivetube. That is the opposite of how a crawl-timestamped board behaves, where late discovery silently resurrects a stale job.
Why it matters: applying early is one of the few timing advantages a candidate genuinely controls. Most ATS platforms let recruiters sort and filter by application recency, so the difference between applying at hour 10 and hour 200 is the difference between being read and being buried. A board that shows you crawl dates is quietly destroying that advantage while appearing to help.
Drivetube's posted dates are true posting dates. As far as we know, that makes them the most accurate posting dates in the job-board space.
Nothing older than 3 days
Because the date is real, the freshness guarantee is real too.
General job listings are automatically deleted 3 days after their true posting date. Not archived, not de-prioritised — removed. It is enforced at the database level, so a stale job cannot survive in the pool by accident.
One deliberate exception: roles flagged as offering visa sponsorship are retained for up to 180 days, because they feed the Sponsorship Table used by international candidates. Sponsorship-friendly employers are scarce enough that a longer history is genuinely useful — and those listings still carry their true posting date, so you always know exactly how old they are.
What is not on the board
Mainstream boards are filled with listings that waste your time. Drivetube's crawl model excludes them by construction, because it only ever reads company career pages:
- No ghost jobs — industry reports put roughly 1 in 5 mainstream listings in this category
- No ad-sponsored placements — nothing is promoted because someone paid
- No staffing-agency reposts — the same role listed nine times by nine agencies
- No spam or scam listings
- No expired jobs — they are deleted, not hidden
Every listing reaches the employer
Every job links to the company's real ATS application page — Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, UKG, Oracle HCM and 27 others.
This is not a detail. In Drivetube's own test, 100 "Easy Apply" applications produced 0 interviews, while 100 applications sent directly to company career pages produced approximately 46 — using the same resumes. Easy-Apply flows frequently never deliver a candidate's details to the hiring company at all.

How the board compares
| Drivetube Job Board | Typical job boards & aggregators | |
|---|---|---|
| Posted date shown | True posting date from the source ATS | Usually the date their system first saw the job |
| Can crawl date leak in? | No — no database timestamp is stored at all | Routinely, and invisibly |
| Job age limit | Deleted 3 days after real posting date | Weeks to months old |
| Expiry measured from | Real posting date | Crawl date, so late-found jobs look fresh |
| Source | Company career pages, ATS by ATS | Other boards, feeds, agency uploads |
| Ghost jobs | None by construction | ~1 in 5 by industry estimates |
| Ad-sponsored listings | None | Common, often unlabelled |
| Staffing reposts | None | Very common |

| Cost | Free, no account | Free with ads, or paywalled |
Where the board fits with Drivetube's other products
The board is deliberately free and complete on its own. The paid products build on top of it:
- Community adds advanced filters, the visa Sponsorship Table, Job-Scout AI matching, Resume Report AI and recruiter outreach
- Job Hunt Program adds experience-accurate matching, a uniquely tailored resume and cover letter per application, and autofill or done-for-you submission
- Drivetube Profile is the free digital resume you apply with
You never need to pay to use the job board. It exists because broken discovery — not lack of effort — is the barrier most jobseekers actually face.
Getting started
- Open drivetube.ai/jobboard — no sign-up
- Choose your region and filter by domain, experience level and employment type
- Check the posted date — on Drivetube it is the real one, so prioritise the newest

Frequently asked questions
Yes — completely free, with no account required and no paywall. You can search, filter and apply without signing up for anything. There are no ads and no sponsored placements either. The board is free because Drivetube's research found that broken discovery, not lack of effort, is the real barrier for most jobseekers. Paid products build on top of it, but the board itself is genuinely free.
Because Drivetube stores only the true posting date from the company's own ATS listing — and nothing else. Most job boards display the date their system first saw the job, so a listing crawled eleven days after publication appears as 'posted today'. On Drivetube that is not possible: the job records carry no database timestamp at all, so there is no crawl date available to display even accidentally. Expiry is measured from the real posting date too, meaning a job found late still ages out on its true age instead of getting a fresh lifespan.
General listings are automatically deleted 3 days after their true posting date — enforced at the database level, so a stale job cannot linger by accident. The one deliberate exception is roles flagged as offering visa sponsorship, which are retained up to 180 days because they feed the Sponsorship Table used by international candidates. Those listings still show their real posting date, so you always know exactly how old they are.
Because applying early is one of the few timing advantages a candidate genuinely controls. Most ATS platforms let recruiters sort and filter applications by recency, so an application at hour 10 sits above one at hour 200 and gets read first. A board that shows you its crawl date instead of the real posting date silently destroys that advantage — you believe you are early when you are days late, behind hundreds of applicants and often behind a shortlist that has already been drawn.
No, and it is excluded by construction rather than by moderation. Drivetube crawls company career pages directly, ATS by ATS, so the only listings that exist are ones a company published on its own system and has not removed. There are no ad-sponsored placements, no staffing-agency reposts of the same role, no spam and no expired listings — expired jobs are deleted rather than hidden. Industry reports put roughly 1 in 5 mainstream job-board listings in the ghost-job category.
35 ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, softgarden, UKG, UltiPro, iCIMS, Ashby, Lever, JazzHR, BreezyHR, Oracle HCM, Freshteam and Comeet. Coverage spans six markets: the United States, Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom, India and Australia. At the time of writing there are around 70,000 live openings from roughly 9,000 companies, drawn from a crawl universe of 100,000+ company career pages.
To the company's own ATS application page — never to an internal Easy-Apply flow. This matters more than it sounds: in Drivetube's own test, 100 Easy-Apply applications produced 0 interviews while 100 applications submitted directly on company career pages produced roughly 46, using the same resumes. Easy-Apply flows frequently never deliver a candidate's details to the hiring company at all.
The free board lets you filter by region, domain, employment type, experience level, security clearance and company. The dedicated visa Sponsorship Table, along with advanced job filters, is part of Community membership. Around 2,500 listings on the board are flagged as offering sponsorship at any given time, and those are the listings retained for up to 180 days rather than 3 days.
No. Search, filtering and applying all work without signing up. An account only becomes relevant if you want a free Drivetube Profile (your shareable digital resume), Community membership for advanced filters and AI tools, or the Job Hunt Program for managed applications.
Continuously. Crawling runs against company career pages throughout the day rather than in a single nightly batch, so new roles enter the board all day. Combined with the 3-day deletion rule and true posting dates, this means the board is close to a live view of what has genuinely just opened — checking more than once a day surfaces roles you would otherwise miss.
Three structural differences. Source: Drivetube crawls company career pages ATS by ATS rather than aggregating other boards, feeds and agency uploads. Dates: Drivetube shows the true posting date from the source ATS, while aggregators typically show when their own system first saw the listing. Age: general listings are deleted 3 days after they were actually posted, where mainstream boards routinely surface postings that are weeks or months old. Every Drivetube listing also links to the company's real application page rather than an internal apply flow.
