Reverse Recruiters Compared: Scale.jobs vs Drivetube Let Us Apply
A reverse recruiter, or done-for-you application service, is a person who finds jobs and applies to them for you. Scale.jobs has human assistants apply with custom resumes and cover letters, a screenshot as proof for every application, and one-time packages of 500 to 1,500 applications; you set the roles, locations and employers. Drivetube's Let Us Apply add-on has an expert apply to 250 jobs that pass Drivetube's experience, clearance and sponsorship checks, only to jobs posted in the last 24 hours, with a daily report and proof. The difference that matters most is how each one chooses jobs.

A reverse recruiter is a person who finds jobs and applies to them for you. Two services sell this at volume: Scale.jobs and Drivetube's Let Us Apply add-on. Both use people, not bots, to submit, and both show proof. The difference that decides your results is how each one chooses which jobs to apply to.
Side by side

How Scale.jobs works
Scale.jobs is "a job application service where humans apply to jobs on your behalf with Custom Resumes and Cover Letters in under 24 hours". Assistants apply "anywhere you can" with "a proof screenshot for every single application". "You control the preferences, including the roles, locations, and employers"; experience-level and visa-sponsorship screening are not described. Packages are one-time: $399 for 500 applications, $599 for 1,000 and $999 for 1,500.
The strength is reach: an assistant can apply on any portal, including ones software cannot handle. The question to ask before you buy is how the assistant decides a job fits you when your preferences are broad, and what happens with roles that require a visa sponsor you cannot get or more experience than you have.
How Let Us Apply works
- With the Let Us Apply add-on, a Drivetube expert finds jobs that pass every Jobscout check, tailors each application and submits it on the company's own careers site. A person submits every application; no AI agent is used. You get a daily WhatsApp and email report with the resume, cover letter and proof of submission for each job.
- Let Us Apply experts only apply to jobs posted in the last 24 hours, skip reposted, ghost, security-clearance and over-experience jobs, wait at least 15 days before applying to the same company again, and apply on careers sites only.
- Let Us Apply is sold for roles in the US, UK and Canada, and only when the board has enough fitting openings for your domain and years (150+ in the US, 90+ in the UK and Canada, from the last three days). It is not sold in India.
Let Us Apply is deliberately narrower. If the board does not have enough fitting jobs for your domain and years, Drivetube does not sell it.
Accuracy of the job checks
Let Us Apply is only as good as the checks behind it, so here is how often they are right:
- Experience figures are read from each posting by fixed rules, with no AI model. In an independent check of 1,198 fresh postings on 3 November 2026, the rules agreed with the reviewer on 95.7%.
- In the same check, security-clearance tags were right 92.6% of the time they said 'required' (precision) and caught 97.7% of postings that required one (recall).
- Visa sponsorship has three states: the posting offers it, refuses it, or does not mention it (most postings say nothing). The tag is read from the posting's own words by fixed rules, which pass 98.9% of 7,004 test sentences with no false offers.
Where Scale.jobs is the better choice
- You need more than 250 applications, or roles outside the US, UK and Canada.
- You want applications on job boards and portals as well as company sites.
- You want to name specific employers to target.
Where Let Us Apply is the better choice
- You want every application to pass an experience and sponsorship check first.
- You only want jobs posted in the last 24 hours, on the employer's own site.
- You want a daily report with the exact resume and cover letter each employer received.

Frequently asked questions
A reverse recruiter works for the jobseeker instead of the employer: they find openings, tailor your application and apply for you. Most services today are people working from your preferences, sometimes helped by software.
Scale.jobs is operated by HIRE SCIENCE INC. It publishes one-time packages. Scale.jobs is "a job application service where humans apply to jobs on your behalf with Custom Resumes and Cover Letters in under 24 hours". Assistants apply "anywhere you can" with "a proof screenshot for every single application".
Let Us Apply experts only apply to jobs posted in the last 24 hours, skip reposted, ghost, security-clearance and over-experience jobs, wait at least 15 days before applying to the same company again, and apply on careers sites only. Jobscout, the matching engine in Drivetube One, runs fixed checks on every opening (market, freshness, experience range, already applied, security clearance, sponsorship refusal), never shows a job asking for more years than you have, scores the rest on your core stack skills, and shows every failed check instead of hiding the job.
Let Us Apply is sold for roles in the US, UK and Canada, and only when the board has enough fitting openings for your domain and years (150+ in the US, 90+ in the UK and Canada, from the last three days). It is not sold in India.

Best AI Job Search Tools in 2026, Compared on Accuracy and Safety
There is no single best AI job search tool; each one helps with a different step. Jobright and Simplify suggest matched jobs and autofill forms, AIApply, JobHire.AI, LazyApply, LoopCV and JobCopilot submit applications for you, Huntr and Careerflow fill forms you then submit, Teal tracks and tailors, HiringCafe searches company websites for free, Scale.jobs and Drivetube's Let Us Apply use people to apply, and Drivetube's free board lists jobs from employers' own career pages with the employer's posting date, most for three days. Before you choose one, check four things: where its jobs come from, how its filters are decided, who presses submit, and what it does with your data.
Let Us Apply: a human expert applies for you (add-on)
Let Us Apply is an add-on to Jobhunt: 250 applications submitted by a human expert at $0.60 each ($150), one wallet credit per application, with the wallet topped up to 250 at $0.80 a credit. Needs an active Community and enough matching openings.
Are AI Auto-Apply Tools Safe? Accuracy, Control and Your Data
AI auto-apply tools can be used safely if you keep control of three things: which jobs they apply to, whether you see each application before it is sent, and what they do with your data. Several tools submit without a review step by default or in their top mode; their own policies say applications are sent to employers unredacted, one may train its models on your inputs, and one lists passwords among the data it collects. Use review mode, never hand over your LinkedIn password, check every tailored resume, and prefer jobs from employers' own career pages posted in the last few days.
