JobHire.AI Review: How Its Auto-Apply Works and What It Does With Your Data
JobHire.AI is a real paid service (EL AI Solutions LLC in Florida for U.S. users, JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Cyprus elsewhere) whose AI applies to U.S. jobs for you around the clock. Its own pages say the AI submits applications by default, you can choose to review instead, there is no free plan or trial, prices appear only after sign-up, and subscription fees are non-refundable. Its policies say your details are sent to employers unredacted and your inputs may be used to train its models. It does not name the sites it applies on or describe visa-sponsorship or posting-date filters.

JobHire.AI is a real paid service whose AI applies to U.S. jobs for you, and by default it presses submit. JobHire.AI is sold by EL AI Solutions LLC (Florida) to U.S. users and by JOBHIRE AI LIMITED (Cyprus) elsewhere. "Although our AI system does submit applications, it takes the time to carefully examine job postings... and submit an application only if it appears to be a good fit." Its FAQ says you can review each opportunity yourself if you prefer. Before you pay, know three things from its own pages: there is no free trial, subscription fees are non-refundable, and its policies allow your inputs to be used to train its models.
What JobHire.AI does
JobHire.AI sells AI auto-apply for "U.S. Roles Only" and says "AI applies 24/7". You set work types, U.S. states, seniority and pay, and the AI looks for roles and applies.
| Question | What JobHire.AI's own site says |
|---|---|
| Who presses submit? | The AI, unless you choose to review |
| Which jobs? | Work type, states, seniority, pay; no visa or posting-date setting described |
| Which sites? | Not named |
| Free plan or trial? | No |
| Refunds | Non-refundable; conditional service credit |
Job quality and filter accuracy
Search settings cover work types (remote, hybrid, on-site), U.S. states, seniority and compensation; visa-sponsorship and posting-date settings are not described. The pages we read do not name the job sites or applicant tracking systems it applies on. That matters most if you need visa sponsorship, have a clearance question, or are early in your career: an application to a job that refuses sponsorship or asks for twice your experience is wasted however quickly it was sent.
Does it work?
JobHire.AI's results are presented as user stories, not audited rates, and its own pages disagree on the headline number: The homepage says "35,000+ Jobseekers found their dream job"; the FAQ says 15,000. Its refund policy is the clearer signal of what it promises: "All subscription fees - for both initial purchases and renewals - are non-refundable"; a two-week service credit applies only when every listed condition is met.
Security and privacy
- "We do not 'sell' Personal Information as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA."
- "Where permitted by applicable law, we may use inputs/outputs to train and improve our models and systems."
- Its terms say your uploaded data is disclosed to third parties while filling and sending applications "in an unredacted or de-aggregated form".
If you use it, choose review mode for the first applications, use an application password that you use nowhere else, and read what it sends.
Where JobHire.AI is the better choice
- You want software to apply to U.S. jobs every day with no effort from you, and accept less control over each application.
- You are applying across many U.S. states and work types at once.
How Drivetube differs
| JobHire.AI | Drivetube | |
|---|---|---|
| Who submits | The AI by default | You by default (Apply Agent); a person with Let Us Apply |
| Job source | Not named | Employers' own career pages; 3-day listings |
| Visa and experience filters | Not described | Published audit figures |
| Free option | None | Free job board, no account |
- The Drivetube Job Board is free with no account. It reads jobs from 50+ applicant tracking systems across 110,000+ company career pages and every listing links to the employer's own application page. Listings stay for three days from the employer's posting date; jobs whose posting offers visa sponsorship stay for 60 days, so use the 'posted' filter if you only want the newest.
- Experience figures are read from each posting by fixed rules, with no AI model. In an independent check of 1,198 fresh postings on 3 November 2026, the rules agreed with the reviewer on 95.7%.
- Visa sponsorship has three states: the posting offers it, refuses it, or does not mention it (most postings say nothing). The tag is read from the posting's own words by fixed rules, which pass 98.9% of 7,004 test sentences with no false offers.
- The Drivetube Apply Agent (Chrome extension) fills the employer's own form from your Drivetube Profile. By default it stops before the final submit so you can review and click it yourself; if you switch on Automatic mode it submits for you. On forms it has not seen before, an AI model chooses each step.
- With the Let Us Apply add-on, a Drivetube expert finds jobs that pass every Jobscout check, tailors each application and submits it on the company's own careers site. A person submits every application; no AI agent is used. You get a daily WhatsApp and email report with the resume, cover letter and proof of submission for each job.

Best AI Job Search Tools in 2026, Compared on Accuracy and Safety
There is no single best AI job search tool; each one helps with a different step. Jobright and Simplify suggest matched jobs and autofill forms, AIApply, JobHire.AI, LazyApply, LoopCV and JobCopilot submit applications for you, Huntr and Careerflow fill forms you then submit, Teal tracks and tailors, HiringCafe searches company websites for free, Scale.jobs and Drivetube's Let Us Apply use people to apply, and Drivetube's free board lists jobs from employers' own career pages with the employer's posting date, most for three days. Before you choose one, check four things: where its jobs come from, how its filters are decided, who presses submit, and what it does with your data.
Let Us Apply: a human expert applies for you (add-on)
Let Us Apply is an add-on to Jobhunt: 250 applications submitted by a human expert at $0.60 each ($150), one wallet credit per application, with the wallet topped up to 250 at $0.80 a credit. Needs an active Community and enough matching openings.
Are AI Auto-Apply Tools Safe? Accuracy, Control and Your Data
AI auto-apply tools can be used safely if you keep control of three things: which jobs they apply to, whether you see each application before it is sent, and what they do with your data. Several tools submit without a review step by default or in their top mode; their own policies say applications are sent to employers unredacted, one may train its models on your inputs, and one lists passwords among the data it collects. Use review mode, never hand over your LinkedIn password, check every tailored resume, and prefer jobs from employers' own career pages posted in the last few days.
AIApply Review: Auto-Apply Modes, Filters and Your Data
AIApply is a legitimate UK company (AIApply Ltd) selling AI resume and cover-letter tools plus Auto-Apply credits, where one credit is one application. Auto-Apply can submit applications for you in Hybrid or Auto mode; keep Review mode on if you want to approve each one. Its own policy says application data is sent unredacted, submissions go through a proxy provider, AI output may be inaccurate and must be checked, and Auto-Apply is non-refundable. It does not describe visa-sponsorship or posting-date filters.
