Drivetube One refunds, cancellation and card disputes
No Drivetube One plan is refundable, in full or in part: Jobsheets access, Resume Tailor credits and your Let Us Apply expert all start the moment you pay. Jobsheets renews until cancelled and cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period; Resume Tailor and Let Us Apply are one-time. If you open a card dispute, your Drivetube account is suspended until the bank decides; if the bank sides with Drivetube, access returns but the account can no longer make purchases, and if it sides with you, the account is closed.

Refunds
No Drivetube One plan is refundable, in full or in part. This covers Jobsheets (the first payment, renewals and the prorated charge when you switch term), every Resume Tailor credit pack and every Let Us Apply pack. Access, credits and your Let Us Apply expert start the moment you pay, which is why we help you choose the right plan before you buy.
Refunds are not given for choosing the wrong plan, changing your mind, an accidental purchase or not using the plan or credits. A tailoring that fails returns its credit automatically.
Cancellation
- Jobsheets renews every 3 or 6 months until you cancel from Settings › Billing desk. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- Resume Tailor and Let Us Apply are one-time payments with nothing to cancel. Credits never expire; Let Us Apply ends when your applications are submitted.
Card disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, write to [email protected] before contacting your bank; we answer every message.
If you open a dispute or chargeback:
- Your Drivetube account is suspended across drivetube.ai until the bank decides.
- If the bank decides in Drivetube's favour, your access to what you paid for returns, but the account can no longer make purchases.
- If the bank decides against Drivetube, the account is closed permanently, and the email address, devices and network connections used with it may be blocked from drivetube.ai.

Let Us Apply is the done-for-you Drivetube One plan: $349.99 for 250 applications or $599 for 500, one-time, with no time limit. A human expert finds jobs that pass every Jobscout check, tailors a resume and cover letter for each and submits the application on the company's careers site, with zero AI agents. Every day at 1:00 AM India time you get a report with the previous day's applications, resumes and proof. It includes everything in Jobsheets and Resume Tailor, starts within 2–4 working days and is not sold in India.
Resume Tailor: a tailored resume and cover letter for every application
Resume Tailor is the Drivetube One plan sold as one-time application credits: $79.99 for 100 or $199.99 for 300. One credit makes a resume rewritten for one job description plus a matching cover letter, with skills sorted into ATS-standard categories, built only from your own profile. While you have credits you get everything in Jobsheets; the daily WhatsApp and email report comes with the 300 pack. Credits never expire, and automatic daily tailoring of up to 15 resumes can be turned on in Settings.
