- Designed and developed an AI-powered food-ordering chatbot on IBM Cloud using Watsonx Assistant, configuring custom intents and conversational flows to automate order management and e-bill generation.
- Implemented NLU actions and dialog slot-filling logic in Watsonx Assistant to improve intent resolution and support menu browsing and order fulfilment.
- Trained and evaluated eight ML pipelines in Watson Studio AutoAI and selected the production model based on RMSE-driven comparison to power bot recommendations.
- Analyzed an automotive dataset in Watson Studio and produced visualizations (bar charts, distribution plots) used to inform feature engineering for downstream models.
